A sad story from the Yahoo board:

"I worked for a company called Laing international, which was purchased by Banyan at the beginning of the year. On may 29th. Banyan closed our operation down, and the next fact should be of special interest to your company. I have not been payed for my last week of work, unused vacation, and unused sick days, all of which are owed to me as part of the companies agreements as stated in the employees handbook. There are several other workers at my branch that are in the same shoes as myself and Banyan has made no effort to acknowledge that they are responsible for non-payment of wages. I am owed a considerable amount of money, and a few of my co-workers are owed more than myself. I thought that it would interest you to know what kind of practices Banyan Health Care of Philadelphia has had for their employees in the recent past. "
