FFF,

I think it could possibly sink that low, fairly quickly.

It would depend on a few things happenning:

First, they would have to meet earnings not exceed them. Or at least not exceed them by much.

Second, Dell would have to do the same thing at the end of the week.

Personally, I think the real overvaluation risk is in Dell, but in the market's mind they are fairly tightly linked.

fff,

You won't hear much from the INTC short sellers with the price above 80, but if it ever does fall to 65, the short sellers will be out in droves proclaiming they knew it was going to 65. <G>

I doubt TK truly thinks INTC would drop below $65, he only said so to the small investors (definition: those who rely upon CNBC for investment guidance) for reasons known to himself.
