SATC has the only technology, (that I know of) that can test on the fly without breaking out the chemistry set. i don't know what the accuracy and precision is however. But I like their position.

I agree with you regarding detection and decontamination. I'm not sure the public will accept currently proposed (and presidentially approved) irradiation methods, and i wonder how feasible the technique is. Do you have any info on the current status of the RIBS project?
Sure am hoping this is the product that makes the breakthrough for Satcon from ex-military contractor to private/public sector marketibility.
