Anyone,,I have a question that really concerns AOL future..

The fcc is in the process of ruling on regulating the high speed network of the ILECs

If bell atlantic and others get their way, they do not have to provide highspeed access to competitors..

I am concern that when high speed access comes to age that AOL is locked out by both the phone companies and cable cos

Is this a real risk??

thanks for any insight
