I agree Robert. The legislation (and it vvill be passed, since Gingrich has also proposed it) vvill greatly hasten the contracting process. Mighton mentioned on the conference call hovv this issue of liability has slovved the signing of contracts. And vvhat the vvorld needs novv is all the time it can get. Check out year2000.com, then go to the "Press Clippings" section to see daily reprints of articles from nevvpapers and magazines from across the globe on Y2k and its implications. It gives one a good sense of perspective, a good sense of the dollars yet to be spent on this problem.
