I do feel sorry for some Native Americans. The Navaho around the Four Corners area as an example. Alcohol seems to be the #1 past time and is taking a deadly toll.

On the other hand a tribe in New York, the Oneida I believe, are running and reinvesting in casinos even better than the mob has done in Las Vegas.

I used to go to Canada quite often and watched the Cree go from reservation drunks to doing quite well in the business community.

If you travel in the upper Midwest you will find the Native Americans doing quite well, many of them being professional people. I doubt many of them would want to give up their nice homes and Beemers to return to sitting in a teepee chewing bear fat.

Christine, today as I was having a blast speeding down the sound in my two seat jet ski. I was thinking there is really nothing more fun than flying across the water at 40 miles an hour with your wife squeezing you like mad.

I wonder how long it will be until the "radical ultra-liberal environmental left" takes away this good time freedom?

I hear they have already banned it from the San Juan Islands.
