Tip, I hate to admit it, but I think they are just reacting defensively to a manager who brags excessively when he gets one right. <G> They are pretty happy and they know that they are not taking very much risk for the returns they are receiving. But the Asian way is polite false humility, whereas I am into brash self promotion, and I think my "in your face" style kind of gets their goat once in a while, no matter what the numbers show. Different cultures. And as long as I am paid, I don't need to be coddled. <G> MB
