Here's a question about EDII. The press release of about ten days ago began: HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 30, 1998--Energy Drilling Industries, Inc. announced today that its board of directors and a majority of the shareholders have approved a name change to: American International Industries Inc. The OTC BB symbol will continue to be EDII Emphasis mine. Did any of the longs receive a proxy statement? I can't recall having read anything about this vote on the thread.
