Brooks Automation (BRKS) 3rd quarter earnings biz.yahoo.com CHELMSFORD, MA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 21, 1998--Brooks Automation, Inc. (Nasdaq: BRKS - news) today announced financial results for its fiscal 1998 third quarter ended June 30, 1998. Revenues for the quarter increased 10% sequentially to $22.3 million, but were down 3% as compared with revenues of $23.1 million in the third quarter of fiscal 1997. The net loss for the quarter was $0.8 million or $.07 per share as compared with net income of $0.3 million or $.03 per share in the third quarter of fiscal 1997.
