LOL at your comments. Riley G PS. From another message board.. Code name "Dumps" = Dempsey Mork And IMHO it appears a lot of ROADS lead to D. Mork in the OTC short selling market. --- By: jb1 Reply To #182 by The+Lone+Ranger Saturday, 11 Jul 1998 , 2:03 PM EDT Post # of 188 Hey Ranger...it was ASTG that I pointed out NOT AENG The connection was that the promoter of AirStar Tech. (also known as Airstock!) "Mr. L" claimed in fall of 1997 that he had no knowledge of a certain admitted short seller in Southern Calif. code name "Dumps". Interestingly, a few months ago the wife of Mr. L did admit to being aware of "Dumps". Soon after this admission, Luke G pestered Mr. L about a connection to "Dumps", and he protested by posting on the SI, ASTG thread that he had not spoken with "Dumps" in about a year. This tidbit is extremely noteworthy, because if you back the time line up to when Mr. L was speaking with "Dumps" in 1997 this is precisely the time that OVIS/RMIL was being shorted into oblivion. Mr. L posted that he and "Dumps" don't play golf together, however he has been reluctant to reveal what he and "Dumps" talked about. Mr. L was banned from a previous stock broker career, and became a promoter (scammer?). Mr. L was the subject of a grand jury probe of an oil well partnership in Indiana. Among other things the grand jury proceedings state Mr. L and his wife ran up multiple thousands of $$$ of bills on the company credit cards. When bills couldn't be paid they solicited partnership owners to pay more to "avoid losing their investment". Additional money paid by innocent hard working people was then frittered away on the affluent life style of Mr. L and his wife. Subsequently Mr. L moved to the luxurious life of Palm Springs and set up shop as Indian Wells Investment Co. He promoted Maesa Gaming, a dollar stock that is now trading at a fraction of a penny. Mr. L also "promoted" Xecom which lately changed names to AirStock, sponsored by FIG or Financial Internet Group (beware of FIG!) It is hard to teach an old dog new tricks, in SI postings Mr. L admitted that he had been selling ASTG stock at the same time he strongly recommended investors buy it. Also several of the directors of ASTG left in 1997 and went to Teletek (TLTK). Later, TLTK became a target of an SEC investigaton and was shut down for numerous violations. There were several asset transactions between ASTG and TLTK. Then there was the sweetheart deal that Voyager Investments got; Voyager is located offshore in the Bahamas...need I say more. Then there was the TopNet company construct formed to siphon $3 million to Mario, who turns out to be the son of Mr. L. (too bad the ASTG price fell, now its just a $600,000 ripoff) It is also true that stocks promoted by Mr. L have been featured in Profit magazine at an advertising cost...of course the person in charge of Profit magazine is none other than Mr. L's wife! Nothing like keeping it all in the family. Over the last two years during the turmoil and graft, the wife of Mr. L claims that the ceo of ASTG was having an affair with a 17 year old. Apparently this is hanging over the company since this is unlawful in Calif. It just goes on and on and on....and remember these are ONLY the deeds that no one is actively trying to cover up! Bottom line is that an astute person would have every right to question the integrity of Mr. L. Last month Mr. L was fired by the ASTG company and is no longer its "promoter". Mr. L has announced that he is suing ASTG for breech of their agreement. The SI thread for ASTG has been silenced by the legal threats Mr. L carried out against posters, outraged by the abuse and malfeasance. He needed to do this since he claimed he was busy getting financial records to his lawyer in preparation for his trial being prosecuted by the SEC. As should be obvious Mr. L is in deep trouble. In all likely hood he will find it necessary to sing like a canary to save his derriere; in the finest tradition of another Reeasy person. Mr. L may yet reveal what dealings or interaction he had with "Dumps" in a possible plea bargain and this could conceivably impact RMIL...Though there were 18 counts in the Indiana case, including lying to the FBI, Mr. L got off with just a tax evasion charge. Of course he avoided that by moving to a different state...
