your insight is appreciated, and your entry point patience, a sound idea... Sometimes, "rallies" are created to distribute these shares, in other circumstances, the stock has cratered. I think it may depend to some extent on the flow of good news IELSF can create. of course, the good news remains to be seen but for the initial SIA release which caused the most recent spike; and, i am more than skeptical about anything remotely resembling a flow of good news from this group. what do you think: should a "rally"be created, when and how would you expect it to take shape? or.... do you feel it will simply "crater"? in your experience, what is the time frame for such rumblings, or lack thereof....
