Hmmm... there's a rumor going around on the Zitel Yahoo thread that Zitel/MD are merging. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

I don't think M/D has to use Zitel if they are not so
inclined, as there are more suitable remediation factories ALYD,FRX etc. why would
they.

I think you are confused here. MD is the remediator. Zitl owns
1/3 MD, that is the relationship. MD is going to run the code for
contracts generated by its TAs, Zitl included.
