I do not see any flags, red or black. I see a SOESABLE character, using the free 30 days, to attempt to generate conversation of a buyout of our TPII. Ever since the Conference call, read the posts. Everything from buyout RUMOR ATTEMPT(could be ONLY for a hopes in manipulating our shareprice up to capture that famous >25 cent profit),also a merger with a nothing company where the head of its company was selling out his shares, and then there was a whole long page addressed to you about a whole bunch of possible no good stuff going on, which also had NOTHING to do with TPII. All this came in a RUSH since our TPII's very positive and upwardly progressive conference call.Lets face it, the traders drove our stock price down .80 and thought they had sunken their teeth into easy prey. Everything other then what the head man, Paul, at TPII said at the conference call is BULLS$&t,. ANY shareholder, please call JANIS, thats exactely what PAUL told us to do, IS IT NOT? Have a great weekend all shareholders of TPII, and you TOO Pierre, John I,Alan, Wes, ICE CUBE, shareholder and Trader alike, i am of the school of thought that the Shareholder wins the biggest prize by holding and meeting the future invested.

Jeff--I don't see any more of a red flag than your postings here. You and SOES both claim to be neither long nor short TPI stock, yet you are both "nice" enough to "help"ÿus out vvith "information".
I vvould be as curious about your motivations as SOES' to be honest.

The SEC thanks you for your diligence I'm sure.
