There is a lot of discussion between the personal attacks, gripes, and self pity on the Yahoo thread about a possible merger with Kodak. Since its on the Yahoo thread, which is free and I am a great believer in you get what you pay for, I have to assume that its nonsense. But even a blind pig will find an acorn now and than, so is this possible?

Hi Paul,

I'm a lot like you. For unknown reasons I seem inclined to follow this stock even at times when I don't hold a position. The diversified product line is definitely a nice insurance policy for when things go South as they inevitably do with technology's rapid obsolescence and intense global competition. I'm glad, for example, that Imation is pursuing the installation of LS-120 in notebooks with its space utilization advantage, as well as being the first removable storage out with USB support. They make quality products and I think that bodes well for the future. I suspect that this stock is destined to escape the doldrums, perhaps as early as the end of this year.

Nice computin' with ya,
Ron
