Bill, ESCI's problem is that it is NASDAQSmallCap -- not quite as bad as the OTC BB, but close. The major trading difference is that MMs can short naked and on downticks. The other problem, of course, is that the SmallCaps limited resources often forces them to offer reg S inducements. Bob

Bill,,since I have been posting on the many threads available to us, I mostly play the role of the lurker. I'm not that swift that that I jump into a scenario with praise or critisism (sp). Never have hyped, wouldn't know how to if I tried. I'm too straight, thats probably why I'm poor. I have had maybe one or two minor negative encounters on the threads and one email battle with an individual..After a couple of weeks I took the initiantive and ended the battle, as neither myself nor my opponet obviouly weren't accomplishing a thing. Now I even forget what we were arguing about. I'll read the a thread where a war may be in progress, but never join in the battle. I would say all in all I have a pretty good reputation on the SI. I'm straight, nothing phoney about me, if I don't understand something I'll post the question or email someone for help. One learns much more when he keeps his mouth shut and reads and evaluates information. Then again, you must be careful also, the evaluator may be a hypster and so on. Goin to shut down for the night and relax, been up since 4:30 a.m...Work tomorrow also. I have my own business and set it up that way so I could take Thursday and Friday off for various reasons. Yes,,I'm long on ESCI,,but we may have a long road ahead of us, Just my MHO. Harvey Kirby
