We will have some news this week regarding AMS completed deal:

ones Naughton Entertainment, Inc. additionally confirmed that the previously announced acquisition
(see May 26th press release at: jnne.com of Affiliated Marketing
Services, Inc. (AMS) should close on or before July 15th. AMS is a Del Mar, California-based
multi-media publisher, advertising agency, media buyer and direct mail advertising firm with annual
revenues in excess of $1 million.

I signed a waiver with my broker to allow my name and address to be released to the companies I hold stock in. It seems to me that I have to hold onto a stock for a quarter before I get any info. I'm watching JNNE and looking for some volume before I buy. MRF
