I believe the underwriter was Union Trading-Financial Ltd, not Union Bank, unless they are the same entity.

Ok. I think we can all agree that this guy sounds like he's reasonable and has nothing to gain from trashing the stock. Obviously, his message is a little unsettling. I thought I did adequate DD but now I'm not so sure. Has anybody taken him up on reinvestigating the company?
