I've had an odd thought lately that DRAM prices might stabilize between the lack of new foundry orders and slower, but still increasing, world demand. It seems odd to think of MU ALSI etc and the other producers as perhaps getting the drop on the demand curve and actually be able to hold prices or even raise them. However, if the slowdown in new fab and smaller features accelerates much more it could happen!
