Hi all.

Sports fans serve at least two points of the analogy. All the booing from fans can't make a good team bad and all the cheering can't make a bad team good. We may be investors but we don't play the game, it's just that we've paid differently for our seats.
Secondly, there are those (shorters) who come to sit in the home team section but root for the other side. Sometimes they wear the opposing team's jackets (announce themselves). Since the first point is true, maybe it's your seat they want -- at a bargain; that is, if you get disgusted and go home. Stay and enjoy the game, unless you have to go.
But, take note, loyal fans are often the most ardent critics and can be mistaken for rooting for the opposition. It is ONLY when the home team wins that you can be certain about who is who, because the fake fans will refuse to cheer.
