Jim, The co.mentioned a desire to reach $5 for listing before with regard to RS but isnt that only for small cap status. Doesnt it only need to be trading at 2.00 to get Nasdaq listing.

Of subject.(for anyone interested in following/learning about Reverse splits). USXP had a surprise announcemnt of 70/1 RS a few days ago. For 3 days there was mass dumping and price went from equivalent of approx 3.80 down to 65cents in 3 days.
Someone on Friday suggested that RS typically results in 50% loss pre-split value so usxp was way oversold and buying began yesterday pushing price up to 1.00 Just interesting to watch. It was a bloodbath. )

Actually Jim I should apologise for even mentioning that other co. and point out that they.usxp did not have any good reason for a Reverse split. It was a complete nasty unexpected surprise and therefore the dumping.I expect SCTI will be completely different and if they qualify for SMallcap status in all other ways except price in next year then like you said a RS can be a good thing and actually result in price increase . IT has a lot to do with investor confidence in the co. Sorry again, these Reverse splits are getting to me.
