Samcat9: < One last point. If another company had ABMI's patents and its products, and an established marketing and sales organization (ABMI is working on this), an established distributor network (ABMI is working on this), and more financial resources (ABMI is working on this), its stock would be selling for a Hell of a Lot More than Its $.52 Price (ABMI is working on this, too).>

No offense intended, but sure: if, if, if, if! All companies would be successful!

Regards,
LG

PS: Still keeping my eye on this stock for future investment! My TA is still out of the stock for now!

Dearest Samcat:
Your comments remind me of two unsavory types of people - an addict or a religious zealot. Too crazed by ABMI worship that you fail to see the most obvious flaws that anyone with a little medical device experience can point out. Rather than patiently waiting for Dr. Summers' answers you have to resort to attacking me as a hero worshipper. What is the matter, afraid I might reveal some of the cheerleader BS?

To set the record straight I do not worship Dr. Summers. In fact I admonished him twice for his poorly-advised, biased public summaries of his litigation. Save this kind of crap for Geraldo, jerry Springer and Johnie Cochran please. Secondly, I am never too impressed with people who find it necessary to mail off for a "life's experience" PHD. However, I do find that Dr. Summers does provide an element of intelligence to this thread and comes across to me, anyway, as basically an honest chap. I am sure your opinion varies and much as I may chose to disregard it, you are none the less entitled to it. I for one don't mind a little honest discussion, particularly if it shows intelligence and insight.

Secondly, if we want to talk about worhshipping false gods please read again some of the postings by your cool-aid colleagues. I am appalled at the constant cheap talk on this thread about M&A prospects. There is also a complete lack of understanding about ABMI's product line and how the products might someday be used clinically and which products actually might address a real, unmet need. Sorry, but most of the posters here strike me as being completely out of touch and therefore should not be investing in a company like ABMI. Jeff even posted something about BSX buying a gene-therapy company. Please tell me what that has in common with ABMI? Psst - absolutely nothing. Such postings are completely irrelevant.

Thirdly, I admit I am at this point decidedly negative about ABMI's prospects and this is due to one and only one thing - their product pipeline. It sure looks to me that they have bet on the wrong donkeys in what is a horserace. I am trying to ask some intelligent questions about ABMI's products from the only person on this thread, Dr. Summers, who has the foggiest of ideas. Sorry but a handful of patents and FDA approvals don't do you a bit of good if there is no market for the products. For example the occlusion catheter is most likely a dead product as clinical use has significantly changed and died off for this type of product since it was developed.

Finally, I really have some trouble with your logic in the last paragraph of your posting. Basically you seem to say "if anyone else were in ABMI's shoes they (and we) would be successful. I will give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that you, like me, are suffering from an over-exposure to teenager logic in the household. Did you ever ask yourself why you don't just invest in this "other company"? Why don't we wait and see what the good doctor has to say? In the meantime, stay away from the Jim Jones' special Guana cool-aid on this thread and return to your original, more skeptical start here.

Regards.
