Repost from the other thread. Hi all FNTNers and to be FNTNers, I received today a reply from Michael Sheppard to some of my queries emailed to him a week ago. I will try to list the questions that I got answers for only in the following Q & A. Of course I understand how busy MS is by his speed writing and abreviations. The questions, however, were not in the following order: Q1 - TMK "WEB Site: are you going to announce the web site before the official launch ? Any idea when ? it has been dragging and dates being shifted. Any major problems from technology enablers ? Will the web site be for individuals and corporate users ? or will be staged ?"" A1 - MS "Look for the site next week, but remember you can not see the Intranet site as you are not a subscriber." Q2 - TMK "Did you acquire a search engine ?" A2 - MS "we did not acquire a search engine." Q3 - TMK "What advantage(s) will you be offering corporate users that they can not get them selves by establishing their own intranet ?" A3 - MS "the expense to set up and sell an intranet speaks for itself. we are delivering the population to the client. remember we are in a niche market that no one has entered yet." Q4 - TMK "Do you have any other products in mind to offer different customers ?" A4 - MS "we plan to add many products as we move along." Q5 - TMK "Did you get any new major/individual customers since your announcement in January ? or business is only expected when systems and comms are in place ?" A5- MS "all services will be delivered by august, which will increase our revenues." Q6 - TMK "Are you still on target in so far as revenues and profitability by Q3 ?" A6 - MS "We should still be on line to be operationaly profitable by year end." Q7 - TMK "Is the investment bank helping in getting FNTN the attention it requires to move up the business ladder ? " A7 - MS "The IB has been a great help and will continue to be so....watch the press releases." Q8 - TMK "NASDAQ listing looks to be far away from being achieved. Any strategies or plans for speeding up the time scale ?" A8 - MS "Nasdaq takes six months as they are way behind. we have a great Law firm that may speed it up but who knows...we are in their control here." Q9 - TMK "What is the market reaction to the services you are offering so far ? Who are your competitors ?" A9 - MS "At this point in time we have no competition yet...no one delivers what we have."
