Yup and folks would do well to remember that all these JVs and partnerships are using FTEL hardware that FNET pays FTEL for. 250 international sites at lets say 10 DVGs per site (v conservative estimate). hmmm 2500 DVGs even at 10K per DVG 50% discount that is what a mere 25 million. Martin

I wonder if folks understand how truly smart these types of JVs are. If you look at them the have all included so far a statement along these lines. --------------------------- Terms of the contract call for FNet to provide the hardware and network resources while XXXX will be responsible for In-Country Licensing, Marketing ...... --------------------------- Licensing and Marketing are really hairy things to deal with especially for corporations that are not home based in the country in question. These types of JVs cut straight thru that problem. Martin
