PROG now claims they are able to rivel DRIV... NOT. However I must admit EGGS looks good as far as an investment.

I am probably off base on this but this is what I see regarding the DRIV IPO and TSQD.
The value of the offering according to IPOCentral is $40.3 million. I take that to mean that, however many shares there end up being, the total outstanding shares x the share price must = $40.3 million. That is the first assumption where I could be wrong. But let's go ahead. If TSQD has rights to 4.8 million shares of DRIV, and that is currently a 23% stake in the total offering, then it follows that there must currently be ~20,870,000 shares ready to be offered. That is assumption #2. Now if we take the total $ amount of the offering (40.3 miilion) and divide it by the # of shares being offered (20.87 million) we get $1.93/share. Is that right? Can't imagine it is, seems too simplistic. But if it is, then 1.93 x 4.8 mill = 9,264,000.

Clear Risk...

Cyberken, let's be clear. TSQD core business has had NO growth. In fact, its been the opposite: Declining revenues. The fault lies in reliance on Apple products and clones. TSQD got down to 1/16th last year.

It would be mroe accurate to say TSQD is attempting to turnaround its core business, and they have a good plan (feature more Wintel products, Internet device/hardware catalog business). A solid turnaorund would of course be icing on the cake, but if it weren't for DRIV, I would not have touched TSQD stock.
