I have seen many loose references to Y2K failures that have already occurred, but I've seen no specifics. How many? Where, When, What happened, etc. Is there any compilation of such events? Does anyone know how real these are? Also, are there any serious predictions being made about how the incidence of Y2K related problems will increase during the next 18 months, and specifically at the transition to 1/99. Such predictions and whether or not they come to pass would be a useful indicator for distinguishing among the diverse predictions about what will occur on 1/2000.
