Thank you. Apparently LastShadow didn't feel that way and decided to start sending me private messages about how I am wasting the time of 3,000 people...

Make no doubt about it. I think Jenna's service is great and her picks perform a good service to many people. I have absolutely no qualm with conflicting views of the same stock. The issue was brought to me by someone who did not feel he was knowledgeable enough to ask the same question, when as it turns out, he had a valid opinion that deserved to be heard.

If I have wasted someone's time with this inquiry, please accept my apologies. If this thread is meant to be a one-way posting board, it should be stated at the beginning of the thread with a disclaimer, a warning, whatever. One of the great things about SI is that these issues can be discussed. I would hope that we all gain from that...

NSOL.. you don't need to know both the fundamentals and technicals to be 'right' about a stock. It helps. People I know who have made the most money in the market have done so with one or two stocks that they were extremely familiar with, either as an employee of the company, in the same profession as the company product, or having a 'love' for the technology.

I first bought NSOL when it was $17 somewhere in January, that is a very, very short time ago considering where it is trading today. I DID NOT buy it on a technical analysis call but because I was familiar with the quasi-monopoly the company had on domain names. Now I like VRSN for the same reason. Had I ignored all the technical buy and sell alerts and just held it until now it would have been great, but I didn't. I sold it (and ELNK) after 3 months on just the same kind of "sell" signal you all mention now.

just to roil the thread a little more on NSOL, my favorite investment style (uptick in the weekly MACD, wait for whatever daily oscillator you prefer to bottom and turn up intraday) gives a buy on NSOL, tho i'd like it to go a tad lower to say I was hi confidence.

Depending on how the market reacts tomorrow A.M. to the Upper House election results, I may play it or tennis.
