Yamana Resources Inc - Final prospectus filed for convertible debenture financing Yamana Resources Inc YRI Shares issued 27,316,990 1998-07-13 close $0.7 Tuesday Jul 14 1998 Mr. Greg Taylor reports The company has filed the final short-form prospectus with the OSC in connection with an offering of between $3-million (U.S.) and $6-million (U.S.) in 8 per cent, five-year, senior secured convertible notes and between 2,727,000 and 5,454,000 warrants to purchase shares. The offering is being conducted on a best-efforts basis by the agents and is expected to be completed within a week. Proceeds will be added to current cash reserves and used to inance the company's exploration operations, especially in western Santa Cruz province, Argentina, as well as for general corporate purposes. forgive the formatting its a repost and I don't feel like fiddling with it.
