And now KZAP, your explanation as I promised.

Note the ORDER that Kurt listed the three key things. Rex Harrison to Audrey Hepburn: "By Kurt, you've got it."

My favorite quote about perceptions being so important.

The delay in getting the rig may be a good thing. Here's why. Remember when the well was "approved" back in March? Had we been a reporting company THEN, the stock would have exploded. Of course, it would have still pulled back, but it would definitely have moved further. Order is important. The street loves A then B, but B first(no matter how good it is) may be a loser, depending what A is.

Proxies re: Buff Cap go out soon. My understanding of SEC regs is that since BUFF is reporting and, technically, they are ACQUIRING, then we are automatically REPORTING when yes votes are in the majority. All financials will be included in a proforma BUFF 10K, that BTW will be a loss.

Now, let that rig just wait. Because the reporting news is so important to the street. (BTW, most of the fraud I've seen has been with REPORTING companies, but no matter the street must be served the 10 and we'll give it to them)

That news will bring the stock to a new plateau. The impact of introducing the news re: Class V dumping will then create a far greater impact coming from a reporting company.

Jim Morrison was right, People are strange.
