Jim,

Well, you still might catch some flak. Maybe me too.

But I can tell you from personal experience after having made about a thousand trades in the past 3 or so years, even a dummy like me begins eventually begins to pick up patterns in the way orders are executed. Patterns that simply can't be explained away by chance alone.

My understanding is that the Nasdaq is supposedly trying to clean up their act, but only after the law caught up with them. I still don't trust the Nasdaq. Without trust, there is no basis for me to do business with them.
