Gary, you forget what really happened -- in one message, I had casually mentioned that I had provided assistance to the SEC in another case. Then, you asked me on another forum if I thought DGIV was a scam, and I said yes. You are the one who created this pseudo connection between my DGIV activities and my past SEC association. I can post links to the messages in question if you want. If you want to know what I provided the SEC in that other case 2 years ago, it included material on the technological issues, such as an engineering analysis (in real life, I am a telecom engineer after all), samples of the company's false advertising (including their investor packet), and detailed trading data showing market manipulation such as how that stock rose from 1/8 (12 1/2 cents) to 57 dollars a share before it collapsed.
