Hey Francis, What's the big idea, causin' such a stir?! :^) I guess we're about due for some type of accouncement. I just hope Wall Street likes it. So far, the 3 design wins have done nothing. Although, I believe the street is waiting for OEM design wins. (I'm speaking of Savage3d of course.) As for the patents..... It'd be nice to see SOMETHING come out of them. I can't imagine S3 going into the MICROPROCESSOR arena. Not enough MOOLA or Capacity to come even close to being competitive with Intel. NOW, if they DO have some plan on a chip, I'd have to believe it'd be with a partner (AMD,NS) etc. .... Perhaps even a licensing deal with INTC using these patents would be the BEST and MOST PROFITABLE scenerio for S3. Any thoughts? John Nasser
