American Dreamer . . . We should see fully audited earnings very soon along with SEC approval. If you don't believe this, my advice is to sit on the sidelines and wait. You'll pay a higher premium for the added security of having waited. Most of us feel comfortable enough with the DD performed to know that this risk is well worth taking BEFORE the audited numbers arrive. And that is why our reward will be that much higher. Good luck however you decide. I don't doubt for a second that Colin will follow through on everything he has envisioned. It's your choice how and when to profit from it. Flightlessbird

Perhaps you should be following the TGSK thread at Yahoo. This has been discussed on numerous occasions. It is common knowledge that the Company Has Not filed it's amended 10K since it was returned with Comments. At least not as of a week ago. And probably will not until after 2nd Quarter results come out in several weeks. It was originally filed with audited numbers from its Mexican Accounting firm (perfectly legal) manually (no longer proper) back in late April. It took a month before the Company was informed by the SEC that it needed to re-file on Edgar and by that time it had already retained a US Auditing Firm, it was decided to do the filing using the US audited numbers. The extra shares have also been fully discussed at Yahoo also. The Yahoo thread has about 20 times the info as this board does. Over 8,000 posts in less than two months.
