Alan, after a long search I finally found a thread to Lundin Oil. I have been a stockholder since 93' and have seen some real progress with this company. Was first introduced to it through a Barons article. In response to your question I can only say that because of the unusual low volume I would not be concerned with the price. If I wanted to establish a long term position this would be a great entry point. I would buy more myself if I wasn't already so heavily invested. I've been reading the Lundin posts, and maybe graywolf can give you something more substantial.

In the word's of Alfred E. "What me worry" The stock is dying in Stockholm as well under an un-alarming volume. Matteus, one of the more widely used stock brokers went out with a sell recommendation a few weeks ago for the short term as the company believed that ASTRA would do better. Well ASTRA has moved down as well after the deal with MERCK so Matteus is sitting there with egg on it's face ie it has been putting sell pressure on LOI just to save the situation. There are a lot of "p... off" Lundin investors in Sweden who are wondering about Matteus action. There are buyer's at all levels so there are lot's of folk picking up a real bargain. I would just forget the stock for the moment. If you have the cash buy some more at this silly level. Otherwise head for the beach on this one.
