Graystone, why do you feel compelled to rewrite history? You have stated over and over that Asensio said there was no court action, this is untrue. Perhaps you just misread his releases, and that is why you are confused. Asensio said, "There does not exist any legal proceeding or pending decision in any court that can result in Crystallex having an interest in Las Cristinas.". Please note that it does not say that there simply is no court proceeding, but that there is no court proceeding that can result in... Since the evidence is in, and the short sellers have been proven correct, it is time to be gracious, and admit the reality of the situation. To further insist that reality is not true only casts your perceptual abilities into question. Of course there are Solv Ex longs who insist to this day that the shorts were wrong about SOLVQ. Barb
