Barry, The bigger your market share in a commodity low profit environment, the greater your potential loss should: A) pricing slip just on the other side of even B) you have a bug, etc. C) you have too much capacity and have to idle plants.. We have already seen B and C at various points in Intel history. B should be obvious, C as well. The only thing left is A and I hope like hell it doesn't happen (although the idea of a sneaker PC appeals to me <G>) Steve
