He tried to justify his action by saying he believe there was some criminal activity going on at that address i.e. market manipulation. We all know that if that were the case, such evidence would not be made public on the internet by a police officer but would have been dealt with according to the normal process of police investigation. Not only did this guy lack common sense but he made unsubstantiated accusations which is inexcusable.
