Good afternoon TMK:

Thanks for posting the response you got from MS for all to see. I personally think your questions along with the responses provided me with some superb new insights of the new horizons that really loom for FNTN.

Message 5168884

I hope everyone realizes just how important your post really is. In that I just read it and like you, I need to digest it's contents a little bit more and believe I will be adding some of my own views about it subsequent.

Thanks again TMK,

Bill Fortune III

Hi TMK,
I am in the mountains near Yosemite visiting a friends cabin and sent this message to Tomato Man,

Hi Tomato Man,
I am visiting the mountains near Yosemite and writing this from a friends'
computer. I did quickly read your messages and am glad the site is
delayed and that you and your friends have doubled your positions.
Based on that input alone, I am going to increase (cant afford to double)
my position tomorrow morning. The fact that you visited and then
doubled your positions is enough for me.
Harry

TMK, you added considerable weight to my decision. Now the question is , is this stock going to gap up tomorrow? Hate to pay gapped up prices but it all evens out as don roberson would say.

Hi don, keep bringing us those old messages. They are the best retort to anyone trying to bring the prices down from the rock bottom prices.
Harry

p.s. will post lurkers corner etc when I get back Monday...

p.s. If you are ever on Highway 120 near Yosemite, check out the scenic Yosemite valley flights out of the Priest Station Resort. The pilot and resort operator is now an FNTN holder and a good friend. For reservations at Priest Station Motel and info on flights make a note (1-800-300-4181 in California) or go to
goldrush.com

(check out the link- that is where I am this weekend)

Good afternoon TMK:

As I said in a previous post I wanted to take a closer look at the responses Michael Sheppard,
President of Financial, Inc. gave you and as you posted in # 356 below:
Message 5168884

A1 - MS "Look for the site next week, but remember you can not see the Intranet site as you are not a subscriber."
<<How I see it>> This is what we have been saying all along. The Internet site
(for the general public and exposure) vs. the Intranet (for paying clients and customers
of FNTN)

A2 - MS "we did not acquire a search engine."
<<How I see it>> It appears they built their own or in conjunction with someone else such as
Siemens-Pymard.

A3 - MS "the expense to set up and sell an Intranet speaks for itself. We are delivering the population to
the client. Remember we are in a niche market that no one has entered yet."
<<How I see it>> MS is absolutely correct in that it is very expensive for a company to build and
maintain an Intranet. It is much simpler and economical to purchase these types of services on a
contract bases. Assuming MS is correct about FNTN truly being one of a kind all I can say is Wow
. Smash . Success.

A4 - MS "we plan to add many products as we move along."
<<How I see it>> I believe this to mean that FNTN is going to be a very forward looking company
and plan to stay in the forefront.

A5- MS "all services will be delivered by august, which will increase our revenues."
<<How I see it>> They have clients/customers that will be coming on line on the Intranet as soon as
it is available.

A6 - MS "We should still be on line to be operationally profitable by year end."
<<How I see it>> As someone else mention it is possible that their expected earnings may be less then
first projected (we must remember that projections are just that, a guess). But look at all the other
Internet stocks and their actual earnings and how they have skyrocketed.

A7 - MS "The IB has been a great help and will continue to be so.... Watch the press releases."
<<How I see it>> I will only that we may some excellent news on this, what I do not know.

A8 - MS "Nasdaq takes six months as they are way behind. We have a great Law firm that may speed it up
but who knows...we are in their control here."
<<How I see it>> Again, MS is absolutely correct the Nasdaq has many procedures that a company
must go through to be listed. You don't just call them up and say you want to be included.

A9 - MS "At this point in time we have no competition yet...no one delivers what we have."
I will reserve my comments to another message, as I want this to be out to all of you with no delay.
<<How I see it>> Just think of the positive ramifications if in fact FNTN has no competition at the
outset. As they thrive, needless to say they will undoubtedly have competition in the future. But
going back to answer A4 they plan on staying ahead of any rivalry the may come along.

These are only my opinions and views on the answers TMK received. Be your own judge and post your views.

Regards,

Bill Fortune III
