Bob: Thank you for your note and comments. I agree with your assessment of things that need to be considered, and should be known to investors.

One thing I heard is that a company where one of the Volpak machines was to be installed, was willing to take stock in payment for installation. Details are not known. My understanding is the cost of an installation in this instance might be 300-500,000. Even with favorable terms, it indicates that TCBG bears the cost. Whether it is cash up front, or issuance of shares, might be a matter of interest to investors as part of their overall appraisal.
