Ditchdigger, just look at the details of this "Drawdown". TTRIF had since last August a "DRaw Down" line of credit convertible to the stock at the drawdown date of conversion. I am not sure if the ensuing decline by 75% (from $3/share to $.75 today) is due only to the floorless draw down, but it sure fits the pattern. TTRIF has shown a pattern of a number of big dips and then retracements to mid range, every time in essence recovering less and less in face of what would usually be "good corporate announcements", of course, the market has lost faith in the company because of this financing (and the fact that the number of shares has more than doubled in about 18 months).
