Thanks for way more then I expected,Wow! You seem to have a good handle on chips IMO? I have no knowledge other then they make things run? My reason for liking it is-K-6 and sales to Compaq. That's it? I just think someday CPQ may buy them out, or they develop a better chip. I agree, that there loss would be big plus for Intel. But, then again, there are an awful lot of competitors out there. Maybe not building the same chip, but that can change awful fast IMO? I guess I'll stay on sideline and watch. Where I use to live, a neighbor owned it and was in sales for LSI. That's the real interest, I must have. Thanks Again, Ken
