The LC thing was old news to a lot of us. I knew about that, and knew that was the reason for price softness some time back. It is to DGIV's credit that they divorced themselves from LC and got on with their business without getting involved in a lengthy and costly legal battle, which they well had a right to do. The attacks that DGIV has suffered over the last 6 months has been incredible. Some day someone may write a book about DGIV as an example of what an upstart company in a hot sector has to go through, and what its investors have to go through, before making it big time. But we are still here, and DGIV is still here -- and stronger than ever. One mistake I made in the past is to give too much DD on this public thread, which played into the hands of MMs and shorters. But no more, baby! I am long on DGIV and let the shorters take their chances! :-)
