Turboe - up around this neck of the woods we describe a consultant as a guy who knows 800 ways to make love, but who doesn't know any girls.

Fwiw, I'm a consultant, too (quite unrelated to stocks). You used the word 'commission' a while back - that's a big no-no here, one must always call it a 'finder's fee'. Things can get a little dicey legally when you compute it as a percentage of the sale price, as well. Best to just name a lump sum. Per diems nobody can call you on.

PS - that word 'idiot' - are you sure you understand the definition?
