dave agree with your assessment. my question would be . If wstl gets part of the BEL DMT wouldn't make sense for wstl management to wait and let the market discount that value in the stocks price????

After reading and listening in the cc for BEL, I believe when the fcc issue is over BEL will get real aggressive???

guarantee they will have a place in this market, which IMO is integrating their
employees, products etc. into a larger co w/deeper pockets.<

Your comments are right on target. WSTL has to know their time is fading. They cannot meet the competition head-on for the long run in ADSL. The time to act is while that portion of their company still has value, instead of has-been.
