No question about it. Given the movement in the stock, mgt. should put out a statement for stockholder's benefit simply giving their "take" on the company's current situation and near-term future.

This is usually not necessary, but, otherwise, the most logical conclusion we could make is that the big 16 wheeler is bearing down at high speed and they are just standing there like deer staring into the headlights. You don't want your stockholders getting that impression.
