Lurker here, 1 vote against Schwab.

I'll not re-post my rant, but I have also experienced the 'up-yours'
attitude, a couple times over the years, and am considering a switch.

I'm not sure I understand the concerns about execution, but it seems
to me that Schwab is using FUD to slow customers on the edge
(such as me) from leaving.
