Hi Sig,..Re:<< gentle farewell to all the bears that perished here in the past and two now standing on the tracks trying to flag down the Dell train:>>

ROFLOL - Leave to you to come up with just the right accent for any Dell occasion. A tasteful and appropriate farewell serenade. Keep up the good work and congrats on your leaps.

Best,

Lee

Sig,

DELL is still my current favorite tech issue, along with MSFT, CSCO, and LU. However, I am seriously thinking about investing in YHOO! because: 1) internet is definitely going to enjoy triple digit growth rate in the next 10 years, and YHOO! and AOL are the best poised to take advantage of the situation; 2) DELL's days of 50%+ growth rate might be gone. I guess that after DELL reaches market cap of 100 billion, the reasonable scene is the expect a 25-35% annual appreciation of its stock price......I just have a hard time of seeing the issue having a market cap of 200 billion. But I do like their business model.

I have never bought DELL leap since the price movement of this issue is very predictable. When it rallies, it goes up 30-40% in a hurry. Well, when it corrects, it gets a 20% haircut without a word. I only trade DELL options when a trend is forming. Trend is really the best friend of investors...

I also used to trade CPQ Jan 40 calls in the last several months. You can always buy it for $1 and sold it for $2 within a month.

larry!
