Ben and Ally
I think you are right on target, the last thing we would want to do is to hurt IPM in any way, they have enough problems without any one causing more. My concern at this time is the fact that no one can get IPM to report what is happening and learning that we could be trading again if IPM dropped the appeal with NASDAQ. I understand that IPM believes that they will not have the money necessary to fight the appeal,so I for one think it would be better to drop the appeal and start trading again, who knows by returning to the market , the price of IPM might rise enough to allow IPM to be able to get the financing they need to survive. Just a thought on my part. Keep up the good work I back the law suit against the Arizona Department of Mines and Mason Coggons 110 % Its about time someone made the guilty pay.

Our lawsuit is for the purpose of suing Coggins & AZDOM. We will
focus on that and that alone.

Then any rational thinking human will realize this is probably another
scam designed to harrass Coggins & AZDOM while filling the pockets of
a few sleazy lawyers.

I seriously doubt you are interested in the 'truth'.
