Just thought about this. You Figure GVIL was trading at 2.50 at the time of the deal which gave them a market cap of 30 million. The deal was announced to sell the business for 10 million and form the new company. Well guess what the market cap is for OWLD now. About 11 million. So you got about 1 million more to go down before GVIL just represents cash. Shows you how much confidence shareholders have of this new venture and how stupid management could be to think this was good for shareholders. What I don't get is how the heck would a majority of shareholders recommend them doing this? I can't imagine a majority of holders would vote to lose so much money. Any idea??
