Hi Vince,

Since you are a longtime shareholder maybe you can clarify for me how exactly FGN-1 works.

Thanks.

Vince,

>>I don't know why TSNG hasn't moved since the news, but I think
that there has been no publicity.<<

There could be a number of reasons why the stock hasn't moved. It
could be due to MM's or others shorting the stock, or maybe that not
many have heard the news. It did come out on the Dow Jones service
after Businesswire. Maybe others just feel now is their chance to
get out because they don't have much faith that the stock has any
potential. Who really knows. If more good news hits you can bet this stock will fly, all we need are more buyers than sellers!

Bob

Vince,

You are a long time shareholder? I thought CPI was not publically traded and in fact was buying TSNG to obtain a quick and inexpensive way to the market. Can you shed some light on your situation.

BTW: TSNG and other potential shareholders may be a little nervous about CPI if CPI's main interest is to get access to the markets. Why? The fear of dilution.

So, How about giving us the sales pitch on CPI.

Bobb.
