Getting back to the FTEL/FNET/IDM JV announcement: "FNet President Kevin Kuykendall stated: "We are delighted that our partnership with IDM Satellite will facilitate our immediate entry into Latin America." The more I read IDM's website, the more in awe I become! "Steady and continuous growth has expanded IDM worldwide to include customers in Mexico, Central and South America, Asia and Africa." ** "Our service and experience have earned us the trust of companies in The Philippines, Antigua, and Ghana, just to name a few." ** "IDM is an operator of international long distance carrying traffic via satellite from Africa, Central America and South America to destinations all over the world. IDM holds key agreements to uplink to the Mexican SOLARIDAD satellites to interconnect Latin America and the Caribbean with North America." "IDM is opening new territory in the Kingdom of Cambodia." "Within the next few months, IDM will be delivering international long distance traffic to all Central American countries through its affiliate TELCOR." I certainly view this JV to be even greater than ours with LibertyOne, but when you start putting all the pieces of these together - Oh My! what a picture (and map <G>) is drawn! <all emphasis on the above my own> Anybody know anything about the TELCOR, mentioned above? That you were being way over "jubilate" about FTEL. You were so "jubilate" about FTEL that I could not help but to think you were mis-leading many. All I could say, of course, to your "jubilate" was that we'll have to wait for the future to vindicate one of us for our views. We'll see how those DVG sales go, or how the FNET IPO goes (or when, I should say), or how large the loss is, or if the storm of sales comes in . . . VALUESPEC
